Internship as business analyst, at our HQ located inside the Fintech District in Milan, Italy.
This position requires a strong entrepreneurial and dinamic spirit, while offering the ability to improve your skills and knowledge regarding startups environment and innovative finance.
The activity is focused on documents analysis, using a set of methodology and proprietary algorithms, in order to evaluate companies that candidate themselves for fundraising campaigns on the portal.
Overall the candidate will perform tasks over the entire cycle of the campaign, accordingly to procedures, and reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
You will manage all the operations regarding projects evaluation procedures, from content management to documentation assesment, and participate to the activities of campaign management, including the relation with investors.
The candidate will be instructed on the regulatory framework regarding the equity crowdfunding activity in Italy, directly from the CEO.
Who we are looking for
The candidate have an academic knowledge in Economics or Management fields.
He/She must be willing to learn with an entrepreneurial attitude and a higly analytical mindset.
A good knowledge of these tools is required: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
The job position requires the usage of cloud management software as Skype, Trello, Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, for which is preferable to have prior knowldge of them.
Training: the candidate will be trained over the following aspects: business modeling, legal and compliance, accounting, finance and venture business
Contract: Depeding on candidate capabilities we offer a 6 months paid internship or contract, followed by a full time contract salary + stock options.
